Barre Body

BarreBody is split into two Acts. Act 1; Set to the rhythm of classical music, warm up at the barre and target those legs using isometric ballet and pilates techniques to strengthen and create long, lean muscles. Act 2; more up-beat with a change of music pace incorporating bums and tums and a jump or two.

Just bring yourself, a pair of grippy socks, and a positive mind and be ready for an innovative combination of the classic barre workout everyone knows so well, and ballet moves from an experienced, professional ballet dancer.
